Linux Administrator – we are looking for an independent person who does not give up at the first problem
Do you enjoy Linux, servers, and technical challenges? Do you already have experience with Linux server administration and want to develop your skills further in real-world practice? We are looking for a new colleague to join the MyDreams.cz team – someone who can work independently, think through problems, act responsibly, and does not give up at the first obstacle.

What you will do:
- Administration of physical and virtual Linux servers
- Administration of customer servers and internal infrastructure
- Solving technical requests and incidents at L2–L3 support level
- Working with web hosting environments, VPS, databases, mail services, and security
- Cooperation on infrastructure and security solutions
- Opportunity to get involved in scripting, automation, and other technical projects depending on your experience and interests
What we expect from you:
- Practical experience with Linux server administration
- Knowledge of common Linux distributions such as RHEL, AlmaLinux, Debian, Ubuntu, CentOS
- Ability to analyze problems independently and look for solutions
- A responsible approach to work, customers, and entrusted infrastructure
- Reliability and the ability to complete tasks
- Willingness to learn, grow, and improve your skills
- Persistence and resilience – we are not looking for someone who gives up at the first error message
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with both the team and customers
- Experience with Bash scripting, Python, virtualization, databases, mail servers, security, or web hosting environments is an advantage

You do not need to know everything. What matters is that you have real experience with Linux administration, technical thinking, a willingness to learn, and the ability to look for solutions.
